It is only with the parent's generous donation of their time, can we have the best swim season ever. Consider offering your time in one of the following positions:

President: Presides
over board meeting and coordinates specific activities to ensure a swim meet runs smoothly. |

| Vice President: Assists the president to ensure swim meets run smoothly. |

Treasurer: Maintains the team bank account and accounting of all funds received and paid by the board. |

Communications Manager: Organizes, edits, and distributes Beaver Buzz issues. Manages social media platforms. Designs flyers for events, recruitment, etc.... |

Fundraising Coordinator: Coordinates and delegates activities to ensure
proper acquisition of funds. |

League Rep: Attends
monthly league meetings and votes on behalf of the team and reports policy and procedure to board. |

Merchandise Coordinator: Orders, sells, and distributes clothing and
other specialty items. |

Registrar: Coordinates and tracks all aspects of registration and payments. Ensures all information from the registration forms are properly secured and submitted to the league representative. |

Snack Bar Coordinator: Coordinates & delegates the operation of the
snack bar at every home meet. Responsibilities may include shopping, refrigeration, preparation, cooking, & selling food items. |

The board is made up of parents of current Beaver swimmers and is a completely volunteer position. The team depends upon these people to help keep the team running. The board is always welcoming dedicated parents who want to make a difference.
