2026 SPRING CLINICS

Need some pre-season preparation/conditioning? Want some Need some pre-season preparation? Want some additional help with your stroke in a smaller group environment?

Spring Clinics is the answer!

This year, we will offer 4 weeks of Spring Clinics. Each week will highlight a different stroke. Register for each week individually so that you can choose the stroke(s) you want to work on. Register for all four clinics at once for an instant $20 discount. Select "2026 Spring Clinic March 2-25" in registration.

Cost: $55 per week, or $200 for all four!

Practice Location: Del Campo High School Pool 4925 Dewey Drive, Fair Oaks

Time: 6:45-7:45pm

Week 1 - Freestyle: March 2,3,4

Week 2 - Backstroke: March 9,10,11

Week 2 - Breaststroke: March 16,17,18

Week 3 - Butterfly: March 23,24,25

REFUNDS: Because our schedule depends on the numbers of swimmers registered and pre-paid facility fees, we require a minimum of registrations and payments to be finalized one week before the season starts. Please be aware that cancellations made less than a week before the start of spring clinics cannot be refunded. If any payments need to be made in person, contact the registrar. [email protected]

2026 Summer Season

The 2026 season will begin April 6 and run through July 19 (end date subject to change). All kids 4-18 are welcome to join!

Kit club begins May 11: Emerging swimmers (swimmers at least 4 years old that are unable to swim one lap unassisted at the beginning of the season) select Kit Club under Athlete Groups in Summer Season Registration.

Practices are Monday - Friday, with two practice time changes during the season.

Registration costs: Ages below are based upon swimmer’s age on 6/15/26.

• For swimmers 4-14 y/o, cost is $250 per swimmer (All swimmers MUST be able to swim at least one lap unaided.)
• For swimmers 15-18 y/o, cost is $225 per swimmer
• For Kit Club, cost is $350 per swimmer
• Volunteer deposit, $200 per family (this money will be refunded at the end of the season to all families that complete the minimum volunteer expectations which will be explained at the Parent Orientation)
• League registration, $20 per swimmer, paid to Northern California Swim League by the first swim meet, but not later than June 15, 2026 (Fees are required by this date or swimmer will be unable to participate in swim meets.)

Payment may be made online using a credit or debit card through our Zeffy link located on the Toolbar or in your confirmation email after checkout. Payment may also be made in person using cash or check. Payment plans are available upon request, speak with Registrar. Final payment due by one month after start of summer season.

Referral Bonus! We need our team to grow. We are offering a $25 credit toward Summer Season Registration Fee for the referring family and for the new family, per new swimmer registered for Summer Season! The more swimmers you bring to the team, the more you save. Volunteer deposit still required, credit refunded after one month from start of summer season. Indicate referring family in Marketing Survey.
