Team Mission

Carmichael Beavers’ mission is to grow confidence, champion self-improvement, and create a community by teaching kids to swim the four strokes in a friendly, yet competitive atmosphere. We know that swimmers who practice hard, follow our coaches’ instructions, and perform with consistent effort will learn self-discipline, develop a strong work ethic, build self-esteem, and swim stronger and faster at every meet.

Every Beaver will receive expert instruction in stroke technique and racing strategy. We provide high-quality workouts designed to build endurance and strength, ensuring every swimmer has the path and the tools to progress throughout the season.

We strive to create a safe, vibrant space for your children to grow. We believe in "reciprocated accountability"—we ask parents to support their athletes and coaches, communicate clearly, and dive into our volunteer community to help make the season a success.
