Hello!
I’m an East Coast native, originally from Ohio but grew up in New York. I began my competitive swimming and springboard diving journey at the age of 13. During my years at Niagara Falls High School, I competed as both a backstroker and springboard diver, serving as team captain and earning titles such as 1-meter springboard sectional champion and state championship qualifier. I also ranked among the top 25 springboard divers in New York State in 2013.
My success in diving earned me an athletic scholarship to Niagara University in Western New York, where I continued my diving career while earning a bachelor’s degree in Biology. During my collegiate career, I was team captain of junior and senior year, I became a top-five MAAC Conference finalist, NCAA Zones qualifier, and concluded as the program’s second all-time record holder for highest scores on both the 1-meter and 3-meter springboards.
After college, I transitioned into professional diving and entertainment, performing as a springboard diver and stuntman for several summers before retiring and discovering my passion for swim instruction.
In 2019, I began teaching at Dolphin Swim School, where I quickly advanced to lead instructor—overseeing staff training and program development. Following a brief hiatus during COVID, I launched my own mobile swim lessons and lifeguard instruction business. I later joined the SafeSplash Swim School franchise as an Operations Manager, where I led staff training and program growth for five different locations, while helping my permanent location become the 8th best-performing SafeSplash franchise nationwide.
Most recently, I served as Head Coach for the Del Paso Country Club swim team, where over three seasons (one as Assistant Coach and two as Head Coach), I guided the team to two second-place finishes at the Sacramento Swim League Championships and coached more than ten High Point champions across multiple age groups.
Now, I’m excited to bring my energy, experience, and passion for fun-yet-competitive swimming to the Carmichael Beavers!
