About the Program

Winter Swim is your chance to maintain fitness, maintain technique, and stay connected with your teammates between seasons.

Who Can Join?

✓ Swimmers 7–18 years old, that can swim a lap, freestyle and backstroke, unassisted.

✓ New swimmers welcome, come join the fun!

✓ Ages 6 & under will need coach's approval.

📅 Program Dates

Session 1: Nov 2–24 Session 2: Nov 30-Dec 18(2026) Session 3: Jan 4-29(2027)

🏊 Practice Days: 2 days (Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs), or all 4 days
Group 1 — 7:15 to 8:00 PM
Group 2 — 8:05 to 8:50 PM (possible second practice)
